Class Descriptions:

Abs Using Stability Ball - An abs class on and off the ball. Using the ball we are able to get a better range of motion, engage more muscle work and improve core strength and stabilization.

Cardio Weights - This is a fun-filled class combining weight training, step aerobics, and kickboxing. It’s a great workout and lots of fun !

Cycle - An intense cycling class, full of hill climbs and jumps. It’s a challenging workout that can push you to your limits.

Pilates/Stretch - A mat based class that focused on developing core muscles stability and flexibility.

Pump it Up - All weights class working all your major muscles beginning with large and ending with your small muscles.

SilverSneakers - Muscular strength and range of movement conditioning class. It is a chair or sit down fitness class for seniors. This fitness program is proven to aid in the day to day activities of older adults.

Yoga - Yoga designed to improve flexibility, posture, breathing and overall well being.

Yoga Stretch - Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Tips for a Successful Workout:

*Go at your own pace.

*Pay attention to your own fitness level.

*Drink plenty of water.

*Always check with your doctor before starting an exercise program.

*Warm-up and cool-down are very important. Try not to miss them.

FITNESS TRAINING FOR YOUTH

(Ages 13 – 15)

Youth members will receive in-depth, hands on instruction involving usage of Nautilus machines and free weight equipment. Classes will be held Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm until 5:00 p.m. Note: Youth members must be accompanied by an adult in order to use the fitness area equipment at all other times.
