



Walking
If walking or running is more for you, there is an asphalt track on the YMCA grounds. The track covers the perimeter of the ball fields behind the YMCA. The measured distance is 1/3 mile for the smaller track and 2/3 mile should you choose to walk/run the larger track and circle the front of the building.
If you deside to walk inside:
Youth gym = 18 laps = 1 mile
Main gym = 16 laps = 1 mile
