



Water Exercise
Shallow Water Exercise -- A great high energy work out that gets your heart rate up. The class is taught in the shallow end of the pool, so non-swimmers are welcome. This is a one hour class.
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
and/or
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Deep Water Exercise -- In the deep water class we wear floatation belts and enjoy a new variety of different exercises. Come and experience how fun this cardio class can be! This is a one hour class.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
and/or
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
SilverSplash -- Offers losts of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Wednesdays
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
